New Works Project makes the creation of new classical music more accessible by building clear, structured ways for composers, performers, educators, and supporters to participate. Our programs are designed to remove unnecessary barriers while creating meaningful connections throughout the contemporary classical music ecosystem.<\/span><\/p>\n

From accessible MiniWork commissions to larger community-funded projects, professional development, creative matchmaking, and score distribution, we support different forms of participation at different stages. We make commissioning easier to enter by offering multiple pathways, from $250 MiniWorks to larger Core Series projects funded and shaped through community participation at different scales and budgets.<\/p>\n
